NCS recruitment 2020: National career service is a mission project launched by Mr. Narendra Modi on 20th July 2015 under the Ministry of Labour and Employment Government of India. The main aspect of NCS is to provide instant & efficient services to different stakeholders such as Jobseekers, Employers, Local Service Providers, Career center, Counselors, Skill Providers, Placement organizations & Government Departments. This makes NCS largest employment platform in India. It connection between Skill India, Digital India and Make in India programs.
Note: Soon NCS will conduct SSC, RRB Exam.
NCS portal is a technology which helps the government to bridge the gap between the job-seekers and the employers. It also gives the employment opportunities for all govt jobs seeker. Apart from govt. jobs, it also provides the private jobs which would be published by the Employment exchange. There are 982 employment exchanges in which 103 have been successfully converted into career centers across India.

What services NCS provided?
National career service provides various services, but the main agenda is to provide services to Jobseekers (Unemployment) and Employers. Following are the method to explore and access the services provided by NCS program.
| Job Seeker | Firstly, Candidate has to register in the NCS portal website with their qualification and work experiences. Candidate will be authenticated by their AADHAR (UID) number or PAN Card. He/ She can also search for relevant jobs enlisted on the portal as per his preference. |
| Employers | Similarly, Employee can register to their website with their valid organization details. Once they have registered themselves there, they can search for potential employees, track responses to job postings etc. The employee will be Authenticate by their LIN (Labour Identification Number), PAN number, TIN number or MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) registration number |

NCs mostly provide Group B non-gazetted or lower post. Candidates can earn Minimum 180-200 INR per day. Salary may be vary according to the post type. Every year the government published thousands of jobs in the different sector, but this time govt. take an initiative to published the jobs on a single website, where user not only able to check the currently running jobs, even they can apply for the jobs depending on their skills and qualifications.
N.C.S career centers near me: In the initial phase, the Ministry of Labour and Employment has set-up 103 NCS Career Centers across the country to help the job seekers and employers seek face-to-face assistance from the Center Manager or the Young Professional available at the center. To access the list of Career Centers near you, follow the following steps:-

NCS upcoming exam 2020 notification
According to the Employment newspaper, National Career service will soon take the responsibility to conduct the largest exam like RRB, SSC, UPSC etc. Government Introduces this program to upgrade and modify the tradition way to conduct the exam. This decision will surely decrease the burden of different organization/ department. Since it would be a single platform for all exam, hence it will be more transparency for candidates. National career service only conduct Tier-1 (Prelims) Written Exam (Computer Based Test) for all posts with having the same qualification. It is noted that ncs only conduct prelims exam, the Main exam will be conducted by the same respective organization/ Department.
